All source code, design elements, architecture, and documentation associated with nerdOS are the exclusive property of NerdTech. The 'nerdOS' and 'NerdTech' brand identities, logos, and trademarks are legally protected.
Limitation of Liability
NerdTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the nerdOS ecosystem. We provide our services 'as-is' with enterprise-grade reliability.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our primary business registry.
